I love Cassandra, it's one of my favourite names. It seems classic to me, rather than dated, but I don't honestly know. I agree that Cassie is an adorable nickname — it ages well if you don't like Cassandra, but if you do you don't have to be Cassie your whole life. Cassandra Lily and Cassandra Madeline are my favourites from your combo list. I like Cassandra Juliette, but would probably change it to Cassandra Julia. The other two aren't my style.
