I've never seen Zoelle or Zoella, and they don't appeal to me at all. In fact, they look like unsuccessful combinations of, I suppose, Zoe and Isabelle/Isabella.

I do like Zoe, but not enough to use; I prefer Chloe, which seems lighter and livelier.
