Re: Rate & Comment
Elodie: 9 (one letter makes a ton of difference - I don't like Melody at all, or most Mel- names)
Seraphina: 7 (I think Seraphine is less fussy)
Lavinia: 10
Genevieve: 9
Delphinia: 4 (I don't like Delphine either, or any "delph" name)
Romilda: 6 (probably the only -ild name I can tolerate)
Astrid: 2 (first syllable sounds vulgar in English, and it's one letter off "astride")
Ingrid: 4 (mildly better than Astrid)
Daphne: 7 (pretty, but also sometimes makes me think of Daffy Duck - I'm more likely to use it as a middle)
Diana: 7
Claudia: 7
Ivy: 8
Serena: 8
Mira: 7
Kira: 7
Tabitha: 8 (only drawback is the nickname Tabby)
Lyra: 3 (makes me think of "liar" too much; also Lycra)
Belle (as a nickname): 5
Belle (as a legal name): 2 (very infantile to my eyes and ears)
Elisabeth: 7 (it will be misspelled constantly, though)
Primrose: 1 (I cannot get on board with this as a person's real name)
Rosetta: 7
Vada: 7
Georgiana: 2 (I have never liked any George name)
Juliana: 10
Lavender: 8
Lilac: 2 (I know it's a flower, but it sounds like I lack lies)
Violet: 10
Hyacinth: 6***Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381

The Astrid I am friends with IRL actually goes by the pronunciation Ah-strid, though yes it is a struggle for her to have it honored in the US where most people will automatically say it Ass-strid.
