Sorrel
Saw this on a barista's name tag, today. What do you think? **After supposedly dying on January 30, 2007 after eating tainted pancakes, she returned several times as an angel and was revealed to be alive on May 17, 2011. )**

I like it :) been on one of my lists for a while. Might not give it to a baby myself, but I appreciate seeing it in the wild.

Not very attractive. It doesn't roll off the tongue easily, and sounds like a mumbled soil or sore.

Don't really like it

It's a new favourite of mine. It's similar to Soren (which I also love), but has a less expected ending. It's not used enough in everyday conversation to be weird as a name either, and feels usable and accessible to me. It comes across as sweet and boyish, but would age well imo. Plus it's nice having another nature name for a boy. I also like Sol as a nn!

Hi !!!I actually like it.
I like both meanings: the herb and the horse colour. In Italian the herb is acetosella and the horse coat sauro but I doubt that they are given names.Hopelly English has a lot of nature names that are used for children.
