The name Alicia is in Spanish. I'm not sure why English speakers give it whatever pronunciation they feel like. If a name is not in your language or you can't pronounce correctly then it's not for you. It's Ah-lee-see-ah, said fast. If you're going to pronounce it with an sh then just go with Alisha, it's a nice name.
