An old man with suspenders that pull his pants all the way up to his chest, and who built a workshop in his shed so he can indulge his hobby of either building model trains or carving wooden birds. He's very genial as long as you don't touch his trains/birds, and likes to give dusty off-brand hard candies to the neighborhood children.
