Kay

Initially . . . pun intended. It's a letter. A short form most likely of Katherine, though other K names.
It's ok
You might say it's o-KAY.
It's the feminine version of Jay.
Or it's a medieval masculine name.
I know a Fay with a twin sister Kay; Fay portrays Kay as self-absorbed. I also knew a Kay who was a political organizer. Maybe that's why it sounds vaguely like a socialite.

Kay is cute, a little boring but cute. It would have probably been on one of my lists had I been a mom in the mid-20th century.
It’s boring. I don’t like Kayla much more. It also seems very filler.
