Is Jerry an "old man" name?
Is Jerry an "old man" name? Or what other associations does the name have, good or bad?

What about as a girl's name?
Yeah, but it's not terrible. It's just a little comedic.
Yes
My primary and strongest association (by far) is Tom and Jerry. It's still going, but how strong it is is up to interpretation. It had that theatrical movie not long ago and they've been churning out cheap direct-to-DVD movies for years. Unfortunately, the property is a shadow of it's former self due to it's base nature and how times have changed. Still, the originals are classics for a reason and they live up extremely well if one is into slapstick - you're just not allowed to make the same thing today (not to mention the comedic timing isn't nearly as good).
I think if you were to ask, most people would heavily associate the name with said mouse and while I don't think it's a bad thing, it's still something people like to consider

Yes. I honestly can't imagine meeting a baby named Jerry.
Sort-of I think of Jerry as a nickname name. Gerald sounds old-fashion to me. Jeremy sounds more millenial. Jeremiah could be any age. There are probably other names I can't think of.
Tom & Jerry cartoons are the other association. You'd be surprised how people still know Tom & Jerry.

I know (of) a lot of cats names Jerry. I even considered it for my own (future) cat as I like "old man/old woman" names on pets.
Yup. I immediately think of an older man and can't picture a young person whatsoever. Personally, I think of Jerry Seinfeld, who is a total creep. In fact, the other Jerrys who come to mind are also creeps: Jerry Springer and Jerry Sandusky.
I'm sure the name will come back into fashion one day, but that day is not today.

Yes
Yeah it’s definitely a baby boomer name to me.
