I like all of them, but Luca is one of my absolute favorite names.
Lucas is really nice. I prefer the spelling Lukas ever since hearing of a character with that name.
Luke is a bit boring to me but definitely solid and classic in a good way. I like it better as a nickname for Lucas/Lukas, but it's still good as a standalone.
