It's nice. I like it as a long name for Lucy. Lucille sounds slightly dated — although if it wants to make a comeback I'm not against it. I also find myself forcing the L sound at the end when I say it out loud, to make sure it doesn't sound like Lucy. It may not flow well enough to call someone that on a daily basis... or it might just be me. ;)
