I'm not a fan of geographical names, but the only one I know spells it Devin (I think! Maybe Devyn?) and is a South African of Indian descent. And he's most definitely male, so I don't get a unisex vibe at all.

As county names go, it's a whole lot better than Sussex. Or Rutland.
