I'd choose Christina; it's in or near my top 10 anyway. If I had to choose a nn, it'd be Tina or maybe Christa, though I'd rather just use the full name,and while I like those nns, if I wanted to use them I'd just give them as the full names. I prefer Kristina, I think.
I never liked Juliana, it's overly fancy, and Sophia is all right but always makes me think of soap. And I really don't like the nn Sophie, which is so prissy and posh.
