Eleanor

Eleanor is beautiful, strong, and I like that it is feminine without ending with an A. I like that it has multiple literary and historical associations, so it isn't tied to just one person.
Isabella is beautiful as well, but I prefer Isabel. Isabel is a little more straightforward and less frilly. Isabella feels very early 2000s right now.
Marguerite is unlikely to suit my hypothetical daughter since I do not feel a particularly strong connection to France. It is a fine name but isn't something that I gravitate toward.
