In my case it would be Ana María and Consuelo and my grandparents Felipe and Juan. I do not like any of the four names, I consider them too old-fashioned, simple and boring. I don't even like how the English conversion sounds. My mother is called Juana after my grandfather Juan and my father is called Felipe also after my grandfather. My brother would have been named after them, but my mother refused and instead she named him Kilian. In my opinion, it is much better.
