The individual elements aren't bad. Cora is a name that I've noticed is trending - it's not my favorite, but it isn't terrible. (I prefer Cara, but that's just me.)
I don't like any of the "George" names (that repetitious J sound gets to me), so that's why can't warm up to Georgia - but on its face it isn't a bad name.
But everything with the last name is just wrong.
Coyne sounds like the English word "coin," so Cora Coyne sounds like... you're coring (taking the core out of) a coin. And "Georgia Coyne" is a coin made in the state of Georgia.
Yeesh.
