Ashby
What do you think of Ashby? Would you use it for a boy, or a girl?

Definitely a boy,I imagine a little British boy in an upper class nursery school.
I think masculine, don't really like it, prefer Asher Ashley Ashton
I like it more for a boy.
I live about 30 minutes from a town called Ashby-de-la-Zouch, so I wouldn’t consider it particularly usable around here. That aside, I can see how it could appeal to people - it’s like Ashley and Shelby rolled together.
I was thinking of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, which I know about only because of a Walter Scott novel.
There’s a nice ruined castle there, well worth a visit!
Well, I very much want to go back to merry England once the Plague is over...
