I think of the book My Antonia even though I've never read it.
I'm surprised I haven't come across any - it fits in with the trends. Ophelia, Augusta, Aurora, Sylvia, Agatha, Octavia - my daughter has/had classmates with these names. Never an Antonia, though.
I like the name. It's solid but not overly frilly. It has a weight to it. Antonia, Miriam, August.
