There are two main pronounces:
Loo-SEE-a (Spanish)
and
Loo-CHEE-a (Italian) (the ch like in "cherry").

When I was a kid, I thought loo-TSEE-a /luː.ˈtsiː.a/ is the right 'authentic' one, (dunno where it came from, it sounded 'proper' Latin* to me).
*BtN says LOO-kee-a is Latin.
