Claudex
What do you think of Claudex?
https://www.mamanatural.com/baby-names/girls/claudex/Never heard of it until just now, so I had to share it. I think it sounds awful. **After supposedly dying on January 30, 2007 after eating tainted pancakes, she returned several times as an angel and was revealed to be alive on May 17, 2011. )**

It’s a bit odd. I would assume I’d misheard “Claudette”. But I do like other names ending in -x, like Beatrix and Victrix, so maybe it could grow on me. The -ex instead of it being -ix is what makes it sound like a brand name, I think, since “ex” is shorthand for “used to be”. Like Dirtex would be a cleaner, or Stainex would be a detergent. Claudex sounds like something to help you get over clumsiness or something.

I don't really like it. Claudex sounds like the name of a chocolate brand or a detergent than a name. I also think it looks like a silly username, like XxClaudexX.

It sounds like an early version of the Bible

Claudex will you hand me a Kleenex, please?

It's supposed to be feminine? I mean I don't really like it for a boy either, but wow, no thank you.

Yup. She "mixes vintage and modern with ease", according to that site, lol.

To be fair, that makes no claim that she does it *well*

Terrible

Looks ugly, sounds ugly. I think it’s horrendous. Claudia, Claudette, and even Claude (f) are all better than Claudex.

It does. It sounds like a brand, like Carmex.

It sounds like something made up to be funny or sci-fi. Also like it might be something you spray on your furniture to keep the cat from clawing it.

Or a window cleaner to get that cloud of dirt out!
