I'm not a fan of any of them. The -issa sound isn't my favorite. They also all seem dated even though they weren't popular because they are similar to Alyssa and Melissa.
Larissa - it sounds so frilly and sort of weak because L isn't a strong letter and with the -issa it feels flimsy.
Carissa - feels 80s/90s trendy because it combines -issa with the K-sound and reminds me of dated names like Carrie.
Karissa - Carissa looks better.
Marissa - this makes me think of the sea. So even though I don't love it I think this is the best.
