Michaela : How do you pronounce it?
Quick question: How do you pronounce Michaela?
From what it seems the vast majority of people pronounce it like Mikayla, but I personally say it as MIE-KAL-LA. Basically like Michael with an A.
On that note, I suppose which spelling do you prefer more? Michaela, Mikayla, Makayla or McKayla?

I am a Czech, so I do pronounce as MI-kha-eh-la. "kha" is a Ch letter like in Bach.

I'm a Dane and in Denmark, it's always been done like they do in Germany, due to the proximity and such. If I encounter it on an English-speaking person, I'll pronounce it as, yes, the Mikayla sounding way. It is that "when in Rome" kind of thing here, depending on who bares it, and where they live.
I definitely prefer Michaela, as it's a long-time fave and my preferred way. I'm not a fan of the other ways you listed.

mi-KAY-lə. It's my favourite spelling.
I've met a LOT of Michaelas/Mikaylas/Makaylas, etc and all were mih-KAY-luh
I've never heard Michael-uh.

Mih-chee-la
Just like Mikayla, Makayla, McKayla etc. and I have never heard it any other way in an English speaking country.
I would spell it Mikaela, it's Skandinavian spelling.
I dislike the German pronunciation of Michaela, therefore would avoid this spelling. Mikaela sounds nicer in German and comes with the nickname Mika.
Mikaela or Michaela for someone else.
