Howard Ian Douglas
Howard Ian Douglas WDYT?
I’ve had a comment on another site that says it sounds very English. I was born in West London though I’m half Scottish. Mr is the opposite way round born in Scotland but is half English so that doesn’t bother us. Middle names are both honouring but I’d still like honest opinions.

I'm in South Africa, and I know one Howard, one Douglas and a multitude of Ians. All of them nice people; two of the Ians are among my very closest friends, and I'd have named my son Ian without hesitation; unfortunately my SIL had recently divorced an Ian whom we were very fond of, and it would have looked like taking sides. Howard is my least favourite, but still OK: I'd have settled happily for Ian Howard Douglas.
Howard sounds English, but Ian and Douglas Scottish, Howard is ok, Ian Douglas are good. Sounds great together
