I don't mind it! Francesca Caroline would be more my style, but I enjoy the way these two look together.

I named my first daughter Caroline; her mns are for family, but instead of Francesca I'd have chosen Frances. Neater and tidier!

Caroline Francesca, as a combination, is fabulous. A restrained, stiff-upper-lip first name followed by a gloriously romantic one. Catnip for me. :0)
