I've never liked it, but now that I think of it, I don't see why not. I love Sylvia, and the sound is pretty similar. Maybe it was the association with the cartoon cat. Oh, yeah, and Sylvester Stallone.

It's a grand old name. I'm always oscillating between those spellings.

The "vest" part always bothers me because I feel like it stands out so much. I think Silver could be a cool nickname, though
