Sephora
Yeah, like the makeup. WDYT? **After supposedly dying on January 30, 2007 after eating tainted pancakes, she returned several times as an angel and was revealed to be alive on May 17, 2011. )**

I was just talking to my husband about Sephora.I love it. It's very tied to the cosmestics brand, though. I've known Allegras and Merecedes but never a Sephora. It's on my list for future cats.

I’d love it if it weren’t for the makeup brand.

Sephora is beautiful. It reminds me of Pandora, it’s not a bad name! And I can see it being popular or at least familiar without the obvious brands.

I really enjoy the sound tbh. During my made up names phase, I had Saffaura, which became Saphora, but I dropped it because of Sephora. Point is, I think it has a pleasant sound, and would be great if the make up brand didn't exist. I often wish some brands didn't have such good names.

I remember back when I first learned what Sephora was and had so associations with it, I thought it was too namey to be a store brand. It's very pretty and exotic. Séphora being the French version of Zipporah - how much fun is that?

I think makeup.

I have a cousin with this name, actually, spelled Sepphora.I think it is lovely. I don't really mind the makeup connections.

Don't like it

It’s okay. I prefer the pronunciation SEF uh ruh as opposed to Sef ORE uh though.

It has religious vibes to me. I wasn't aware of the brand. It doesn't seem very namey. I prefer something like Zephyra.

I think it’s really pretty actually. The connection to the makeup brand doesn’t bother me, because I also love the name Lux and that’s soap products!

Same.I love the names Allegra & Pandora and would still use them despite one being an allergy medicine and the other is jewelry, so brand names don’t bother me. Some of the prettiest names are brand names.
