I prefer Reina, I love the sound of it but I just like the look of that spelling better. Rayna looks like it's trying to be trendy, Regina is nice but I don't like the sound as much.

I love Raina.
I'd consider Raina as a variation of the word "rain" and Reine and Regina as "queen" names like Reina. Rayna could go either way.
I think Reine is nice but would be difficult to use in English because it would always be heard as Rain (I like Rain too though).
Regina is too bossy and 80's(?) for me.
I like Rayna a lot more than I should. Raina is better IMO because it looks more naturey and the "ai" seems more mature and less trendy than "ay", but I do like Rayna for some reason.

It’s… fine? It has very little substance, there isn’t much to say about it. At least it hides its pretentiousness—Regina feels very self important. Rayna and Reine don’t interest me either. Radka is way cooler than all of them.
