I like both (though I like Bella more).
I would like to use Bella, but I don't like the Spanish pronunciation (BEH-ya) and if I use the English pronunciation, people would assume it's written as Bela, besides Bella is a Spanish word and pronouncing it the English way would be strange.
However, I wouldn't mind using it as a nickname for Isabel. That'd be cute.
