I love Ruth and would use it: familiar but not popular. A good friend named his daughter Ruth Mary.

Love it, but more so for a mn than a fn. That said, it would be lovely to meet a little baby / girl named Ruth, nn Ruthie. It’s a name I’d consider using actually, because I’ve always loved the story of Ruth in the Bible.

I always liked Ruth. I’ve yet to meet anyone in real life with the name, but there are characters or creators I like that share the name. Most of them tend to be a bit alternative aesthetic-wise, which kinda fits the sound of Ruth. It’s not too flowery; tough, but also sweet.

I like it
