I get a vibe from it like, wannabe. Wannabe flapper. Like Clem or Coco. Trying to evoke an image. It just doesn't seem natural, to me.
And Cl-names in general have a doughy, frumpy quality about them. I think it's most charming in Cluna. And Claire has enough style to overcome it. I can overlook it in Chloe, at least until the name becomes dated. But Cleo ... I just can't meet it halfway. Seems too cutesy, and not spiffy enough to make up for it. Would rather see a gal Theo or Leo.- mirfak
