To me, Erielle and Arielle and Ariel are all said the same. But ah-ree-el is a perfectly acceptable alternate way to say Arielle, though it comes off fancy or British to me.
I strongly prefer Arielle to Erielle because it feels more 'correct'. Erielle is pretty though. It sounds like the name of an elf from Middle Earth.
