I'm singing the Simon and Garfunkel song in my head and will be all day, thanks to you!
Apart from the lady (?) in the song, I find Cecilia too long and too frilly. I love Cecily and would use it happily; I would also have been glad to be a Cecily myself, honouring my father.
That said, Cecilia at least has an authentic spelling. Cecelia is atrocious.

Me too, but with The Vamps' version! (S&G were way before my time, so I rather associate the song with The Vamps)
