This is most probably a recently created name which blends Julia or Juliana with Maria or some other name starting with Mar-. During the last few decades it has been very common for Spanish speakers in Latin America to respell names which start with "J" in English with "Y". Yennifer and Yessica are not uncommon.

That makes sense, I’ve noticed names starting with Y seem to be relatively common in Latin America.
