Clementine and Rose are beautiful together! I think I get what you mean that they are slightly different to Pearl. Pearl is more "old vintage", whereas Clementine and Rose are "new vintage". That said I think, from your options, they go best together.

Yeah, I think that’s what’s throwing me off. Do you have any suggestions of names that are more similar style to Pearl? I was thinking Mabel but my last name starts with M and I don’t prefer alliterations.
