I actually like it as an independent name. Drew on a girl is kinda meh. But I heard worse.

A good nn for someone named Andrew - much livelier than floppy Andy. I wouldn't consider it as an independent name.

I really like Andrew, but hate Drew. It's pucker-mouthed and sullen and reminds me of a 1980s prep-school boy who's modeling himself on Alex P. Keaton but isn't as good-looking or as funny as Michael J. Fox and has no friends, only like-minded yuppies-in-training who just kind of echo each other.
