Love it, both the sound and the meaning.

I like it! I know that the meaning is weird and rather questionable, but that makes it perfect for a character. It could be a built in hint at a supervillain's identity. Or it could be the name of a kid whose parents wanted him to shake up the world, but he is actually more of a creator rather than a destroyer. Casimir is an evocative sort of name.

Casimir is also the name of a quantum field theory in physics, which gives the name an academic touch. There were some dukes, a Polish king, and even a saint named Casimir. With the dukes and king, I wonder whether the idea of destroying the world/peace was considered a positive in their time period and professions. Maybe if it was the type of peace that is brought about when all opposition is silenced, then it would seem better to break it?

I don't love it. The sound isn't great. The I's make it weird, I think?
