I think it's really nice. I'd be enthused to meet one.
I do get a little tripped up by my familiarity with Sabrina, but if I met a Sabina it would not take me very long to get past it.
I like German Sabine a bit more (with a Z sound and three syllables).

I knew a Sabina before I encountered Sabrina so I prefer Sabina because Sabrina feels harsh in comparison, IMO.

It looks like someone misspelled Sabrina, and I'm not a fan of the bee sound in the middle. I prefer Sabrina.
