I dislike it. It seems to intend to be perky and can-do, but it comes off hyper and harsh to me, preppy and pushy.
Imitating Hollywood (Piper Laurie) - I'm pretty sure that's the source of the appeal, plus the airplane thing.
But before that, I think of the Pied Piper - a domineering image.
And the "pipe" thing ... it's not a good sensory impression. Feels like ... tubes.

I want to sledgehammer this name as if I were playing Whac-A-Mole.

Blaghh! This is among my least-liked names. It's ridiculous, silly, childish, nonsensical.... You get how I feel, I'm sure.

This is the ultimate Labradoodle name. Exactly equally apt on a cute but obnoxious and spoiled dog or a cute but obnoxious and spoiled four-year-old. The kind running wild in the park/store/living room with the parent either ignoring it in favor of the ever-present phone or sitting there whining "Piii-perrrr! Pleeeease don't do that, okaaaay?"

I think it's super cute. However, I can't see it much on an adult- just a kid. But who knows, maybe I'll meet a Piper that will change my mind.
