Hmm... I like it on both genders. This name on a boy is traditional and handsome, while on a girl is cute and modern. Overall, I find it a little bland, since it's "surname-y" and there are more interesting names out there.It's fascinating that this name (on girls) was popularised by DC Comics' supervillain.

Harley is rarely a supervillain anymore, she's usually an anti-hero or even in her villain days, depicted as just another Joker victim.
