WDYT? I think it's very cute

I think it would be a cute nickname for an actual baby. I could see myself calling a baby that in a jokey kind of way. Beyond the age of two, not so much though.
I mean, I personally would hate to be called Babylyn. Imagine introducing yourself in a work situation!
It also looks a bit like the word Babylon which again, isn't a great first name.

No, Too much like Babylon.
Only acceptable as an affectionate name for a Lynn or a -lyn person while they are a baby, imo. Or is it supposed to be said like "babblin'"?
Cute, until the bearer is potty trained. Then, permanently embarrassing.
“The year is 2258…
… the name of the place is Babylyn 5!” *cue dramatic music*
Ok so that is a 90s nerd joke, but it’s all I could think of!
I think it’s a very silly name that the bearer would come to resent.

Is this a form of Babylon or is it Baby-lin?
Either way not my style.

Terrible
Imagine a fifty year old or a senior citizen introducing themselves as Babylyn.
Laughable. I don’t find a thing cute about it.
You have got to be kidding me.
yeah, cute on a baby with no actual name yet.
Seriously, it's stupid. You want to be called Baby by every random stranger you meet?

If you like this name, why are Blaze and Blade too "out there"? I'm curious.
I think it's because Babylyn sounds like an actual name to me, and Blaze and Blade sound too much like words. I think it may also be because it sounds very cutesy and adorable to me, but I can still imagine an adult Babylyn; Blaze and Blade sound like teenagers who either will never get out of their emo phase or tries very hard to seem cool.

It looks a little like a misspelling of Babylon, which would be bad enough (misspelling word or place names is always extra dumb to me) but baby + lyn is actually just so much worse. It's revolting.
Hahaha
Sorry, I find it ridiculous and infantile.
