It's the name of my nephew and I've never been a fan which I guess is slightly odd since I like pretty much all other -ian names for boys. It sounds a bit harsh in Swedish which might be the reason why I don't like it..

I like it a lot and would use it happily as a fn. I dislike all the fem forms.

I've been thinking about this name a lot lately. It's approachable but also quite dashing. I personally love Adriano.

I dislike it. I've always thought it sounds smug.

I love it, it always makes me think of a hopeful and sweet aspiring young man at the turn of the 20th century, working hard in college to be a lawyer or a doctor.

Old favorite of mine. It’s still on my PNL but I don’t love it nearly as much as I used to. It’s a nice name though, handsome as well like you said. I also like Hadrian.

I like this name a lot, tbh. I also find it attractive. But, I do think of Adrian Monk and Adrian from Ladybug and Cat Noir.
