I sincerely don't find Vincent adapt to a girl. First, I inevitably associate Vincent to Van Gogh, who was a man. Also, I'm not a huge fan of unisex names.
But I would find interesting a feminine variant of Vincent (e.g. Vincente, but I don't know if it exists).
