Heath
What are your thoughts on the name Heath for a boy?
It's a name I've chosen for the male protagonist in a comic series I'm writing, but I'm not sure I'm sold on it yet, so I wanted to know what other people thought of the name.
I'd also be open to other name suggestions for the character if people had any, I'll give a few details about him if that will help anyone with any suggestions:
His surname is Telfer and is 24/25 when the series starts. It's based in a world similar to Earth with cultures based on real-world cultures, and his heritage is the equivalent of half-Scottish, half-English (so Scottish or English names would make the most sense for his character). He's also part of an angelic race considered to be divine, supposedly sent by a divine entity to protect humanity, but is generally considered an outcast by his own kind because his mother is human and he has a rare genetic variant that makes his appearance different to others of his kind (silver wings instead of gold). He's a rather shy and insecure character as a result, but is a formidable soldier for his kind's armed forces and is held in uncharacteristically high regard by some of his superiors, which frustrates a lot of his peers who feel he's undeserving of his success because of his heritage and genetic defect. I was thinking a softer but still masculine name might suit him best, and I felt like Heath fit that description, but I'm still a little unsure if it's the perfect name for him or if I've missed a better name during my search.
Thanks in advance for any opinions on the name, or any suggestions if you have them!

Heath Ledger. I adore him, in Candy.
I knew a very handsome not to mention very sweet body builder with this name I had a crush on when I was younger,100% completely out of my league but I always associate it with him in the present lol! Before I associated it with the chocolate bars now it's a "man's man" power name in my mind.

Have loved it for a long time, mostly because of Heath Ledger. :)
Love Heath!
I like Heath
It doesn't feel much like a name to me, it just makes me think of the shrub habitat.
I like it and it fits
