Edwina
What do you think of Edwina?I like it. It's my kind of name. **middle aged woman who angers easily**

I like it. It reminds me of a lady scientist in the late 19th century.

I like it pronounced ed-win-uh. Pretty name, kind of dated and blunt though. I don’t like Winnie. It’s like a more elaborate Edna to me.

it's uncommonly ugly. I don't like Edwin to start with, it's wimpy and somehow shifty and sly at the same time. The ween sound in Edwina just makes it that much worse.

Not a fan. Can't get past the 'weener' sound - completely unattractive.

I obviously love it since I named my daughter it! We often call her Weenie or occasionally Eddie. We use Ed-wee-nuh as the pronunciation and I hate when the d and the w get mushed together like a dwee sound.

Not bad. I’d rate it a 6/10.

I really dislike the DWEEN sound.

I like Edwin, but I find Edwina ugly. The "ween" sound is whiny.

Yeah, I pretty much like it - pronounced like Edwin + a.
So I'd also like it spelled Edwinna. Even Edwynna.
It's sorta innocent and antique like Edna, but it's more grown-up and has more personality. And without that adenoidal click, d running into an n.
Not a favorite for me but it'd be cool to see used for real.
I don't like it pronounced as ed-wiener but that's still not a bad name.
'My kind of name' that I keep in a similar mental category, would be Eudora.

I like Edwina. I pronounce it Ed-win-a. I like Winnie as a nickname.

I adore Edwina! I strongly prefer the “WIN” pronunciation to the “WEEN,” for what it’s worth.

It's pretty dope. One of my guilty pleasures, love to say it, but I would never use it on my child.

Oh gosh, I love Edwina. It's witchy and book-smart and elegant. Part of me really likes the super-awkward nickname "Dwina", but I also like Eddie. Basically it's win-win either way.
