Kirstie
This name has been on my mind lately. I think it has a sort of loud, outdated charm, like Maxine. I may be influenced by Kirstie Alley in that, she's the only Kirstie I know. What do you think of Kirstie? And how do you say it? I pronounce it "KUR-stee" but I suppose "KEER-stee" also works. I kind of like that it has a dual pronunciation.

It's cute, but really hard to say. It's a nickname for a singer name Kirstin Maldonado from a group Pentanonix.

I think it's really sprightly and wholesome. I endorse your interest in it! It feels right. :)

I prefer Kirsty to Kirstie but I know so many of them now though that were born between 1983 and 1986 that I wouldn’t use it.I pronounce it Kerstee.

I think it looks much nicer as Kirsty. I don't have a problem with it but it does feel 70s dated and nickname-ish, sort of like Misty, Mindy, Mandy and Tammy. In English I have only heard it as KUR-stee.

It feels too brash nickname-y, and one never knows whether to spell it with a y or an ie. I've only ever heard "KIR-stee" - similar to "KUR-stee".

I like Kirsty better perhaps? It looks cleaner somehow. I also see the risk of it becoming pronounced like Curtsy or Christy.
