Not necessarily. "The Penguin Book of Hindu Names" by Maneka Gandhi gives the spelling of this name as Ārya when masculine and Āryā when feminine. When it is impossible to use Ā and ā in spellings, which would be the case on birth certificates in most of the United States, it has been common to replace them with "Aa" and "aa". So this may reflect the use of the name by immigrants from India who are using the name in their own cultural context, not influenced at all by "Game of Thrones".
