It looks pretty; I prefer Evelyn and I think they would probably get confused with each other.

I first came across the name Aveline in the Dragon Age franchise, and I was struck by how lovely the name was (particularly in contrast to the tough-as-nails character in the game). I definitely wouldn't mind seeing Aveline in the wild.

I pronounce it as AH-veh-line. It’s nice, though not a fave.

The latter pronunciation. It's definitely a better name than Adeline which is tired from overkill at this point. I like it but it mostly serves as a tier to remind me of my love for Avalon.. but I do like it. It makes an especially nice middle name in my mind.
