I love Alice and would use it. Nixt in line comes Alison, and then Alicia: it has pronunciation issues and looks unnecessarily complicated.

In my opinion Alicia just leans toward classic names, while Alice has long been considered classic.
I like Alicia better, when it's pronounced ə-LEE-see-ə /ə.ˈliː.si.ə/.
