They are all pretty.
I'd choose...
1) Lily (even though everyone seems to be tired of it)
or
2) Maia (by the way, I like the spelling)
3) Eilonwy (which do you prefer ie-LON-wee or ay-LON-wee?)

I think ie-LON-wee because it matches the German pronunciation so it will work better in Germany. But I like both.
