Susanna is a great name! (I'm surprised it's not more popular but that's not necessarily a bad thing) It has a lot going for it - the "z" sound and the "ah nah" or "An nah" sound at the end. It doesn't date a person. Susanna could be 8 or 80. It's recognizable and easy to spell although I prefer the spelling Susannah. Lots of nickname options, Zanna being my favorite. It's also a flower name meaning "Lily"

I love Susanna. It's staid but timelessly sophisticated. Plus, quirky nicknames abound: Zuzu, Sukie, Susa, Sunny, etc.

I’d love to see it used more often! It’s one of the prettiest Biblical names imo.

I love it very much, much better than Susan. I like the Susannah spelling more.

Looks unfinished. Ranking all the Su- names, I'd be most likely to use Suzanne; then Susannah, which is a family name; then Suzette; then Susan; and finally Susanna.

It does not rank quite as high as it once did for me. But I do still like it. I find myself leaning towards other variants lately. Suzanne and especially Suzette are overtaking Susanna as a personal favorite.

It's okay. I don't really have a strong opinion on it. I dislike Sue and Susie. Because Susan was so common it feels a bit bland. But not bad and with a nice meaning.
