Aside Perla and Lino that are established names I would use:
Auguri because has a nice sound despite Italian names ending with -i are really rare. I don't know why but Auguri has a familiar, glee vibe that is more important than the fact that actually is not a given name. It is pronounced ow-GOO-ree and it's a genderless word.
Tesoro I like it because it could be unisex and also because it means literally "treasure". It reminds me both a sweet nickname and something adventurous like the sea, voyages, someone who is daring.
